Delete My Account Request

At Beach Bum eSIM, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the Beach Bum eSIM app and want your data removed, you can request account deletion directly from within the app.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

To permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from the Beach Bum eSIM app:

•     Open the Beach Bum eSIM app on your device.
•     Tap on the My Account tab.
•     Select Manage Account.
•     Scroll to the bottom and tap the red Delete Account button.
•     Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed:

•     Your name, email address, and phone number
•     Your personal profile information
•     Any eSIM purchase history linked to your account

What Data Is Retained

We retain only the following:

•     Anonymized analytics data, which cannot be linked to your identity and is used solely to improve app performance and user experience
•     Transaction-related information, which we are legally required to keep for tax and regulatory purposes (e.g., receipts for paid eSIM purchases). This payment data is securely stored and managed by Stripe, our trusted payment processor.

This retained data is securely handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable local laws.
